Good Morning, Everyone! My name is Lynn, and I make it my job to search the World Wide Web to find the most undesirable jobs to make you, no us, just a little bit happier about our jobs. Haman's Highlights brings you "Just Another Reason to Love Your Job". Oceanographer: While there are many different aspects to oceanography, a big part of the job is to travel and conduct research, which may lead to long periods of time away from home and family. If the oceanographer must travel far from land, he may find himself sleeping in a cramped space in a boat and working very long hours. Oceanographers must know how to use scuba gear and a wide range of tools and equipment for conducting research. Also, with overfishing threatening to end wild seafood harvests by 2049 and Earth's coral reefs forecasted to be nothing but rubble within decades, this is one gloomy job, and definitely NOT the job for me because #1) I can't swim, and #2) I watched too many Jaws movies! Have a great day, everybody!

AuthorHello... my name is Lynn, and I work at the UND Wellness Center. I work here for four hours and then I work out. When I work out, I am always in a hurry and trying to get done fast. I stop and ask myself, "why"? I mean, this is where I want to be, with all the state of the art workout equipment, free internet, great people to meet and word with, excellent transportation, with busses picking you up & dropping you off right in front of the door. To me, this place is like a second home. Archives
